This is how my sister poses for the camera. Go figure!
View of the Canadian side.
Just look at how strong the current is. My tour guide told me people really don't stand a chance at all. The last person who drowned was apparently a female Japanese tourist who fell off the railings at the Canadian side (think maybe she was sitting on it?) They found her body down the river some time later. D:
Don't be fooled by the pictures and the little bit of sunshine, cos it was really cold at about 2 degrees. Had to wear a beanie under my hoodie. :/ My boyfriend (on exchange) just visited the Canadian side of Niagara Falls last weekend and a blanket of snow has already covered the entire place!
LOL my family.
Daddy and I.
Bold and brazen squirrels!
And the ducks that made it seem like it was no biggie!
So Niagara Falls was the last destination of our "interstate road-trip". It meant no more tiring traveling and long hours on the bus! Finally!
Before catching our domestic flight to Orlando, we had some time to stop by at a small shopping area near Niagara Falls, and of course we checked out the supermarket!
And we also spotted our favorite Covergirl. (:
When we touched down to Orlando after an hour plus flight, the tour guide gave us a special treat - Lobster dinner! (: It was my first time eating a lobster which was served whole/un-cracked. And boy, was it a sight seeing everyone attempt to dig the meat out!
Supermarket again after dinner, where we stocked up on the best green tea!
